What to Expect
Burn fat fast with this intense class. Tabata is a method of interval training that consists of 20-30-40 or 60 second rounds of high intensity exercise followed by 10-20 seconds of rest, repeated continuously for four minutes. Led by Lionize Training Center’s trainers, this class unique way of training at Lionize utilizes, battling ropes, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and body weight in full-body exercises that target large muscle groups. This class is designed for men and women, ages 18 and over. BEWARE! Cardio intervals are thrown in between rounds to offer you the intensity to burn up to 1200 calories in 45 minutes.
