What to Expect

We will teach you to develop your jab and power punches—hooks, crosses, and uppercuts combined with kicking, kneeing and conditioning with focus mitts, kicking shields and heavy bags. Spend 60 minutes of blasting calories, mentally strengthening your mind and building endurance through this unparalleled cardio-intensive full body workout. (ages14 and up)
